CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

CARDIO

Cardio Fusion:  
Focuses on cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength! Guaranteed to make you work!

Cardio Kickboxing:  
Combinations of punches & kicks to ensure a total body workout. The upbeat music will push you through when YOU check out!

Cardio Mash Up!

Just Move! High energy class to focus on cardiovascular endurance. Perfect start to your weekend!!!


STRENGTH/CONDITIONING

Cardio / Strength Express: 
Come warmed up and prepared for 30 minutes of non-stop cardio / strength.  Sure to be heart pumping / fat burning !

Metabolic Mix Training:  
Methods and tools to make your workout effective, efficient and most importantly stoke your metabolism.

Shred It!:  
A total body muscle conditioning class designed to gain strength and endurance.

Tabata Training Mix: 
Times intervals of intense cardio or strength training, followed by a short rest period. The "MIX" is the choice of the instructor!

Step It Up!

That's right... good old fashion step once loved is back. Choreographed routine involving a step platform and great music hits

Boot Camp

Ultimate "All in one" workout. This class will include all areas of fitness, coordination, and mental toughness. Increase your core strength, cardio, endurance, and flexibility.

SPIN

Spin 
A cardiovascular workout performed on stationary spin bikes. Guaranteed to make you sweat and redefine your body!


BOXING

Round One Boxing:  
Heavy bag workout ! Gloves and wraps needed, You will be taught how to properly execute punches and kicks.
Rounds are on the bag as well as intervals of drills and floor work. $10 fee for members-$20 for non-members.


YOGA

Beginner's Candlelight Yoga:  
Dedicated to the beginner and led by candlelight and the sound of the instructor's voice.

Vinyasa Yoga:  
A higher energy, more vigorous yoga practice. This class is Ashtanga based and links breath to movement; A series of poses are repeated over and over with different variations inserted in between. Room will be warm. Bring a towel and water.


All classes are 55 minutes long, unless otherwise noted. Schedule, class format, and instructors may change on short notice.

Inclement weather policy:  Classes will be cancelled when Dracut schools are cancelled.

Monday - Thursday: 4:30am-10:00pm 
Friday: 4:30am-9:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am - 5:00pm

Babysitting: 
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 12:00pm
Monday - Thursday: 4:30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
