It all starts with a goal! Personal Training consists of one on one or small group coaching from a certified personal trainer. An individualized fitness plan will be developed for you based on you and your goals - not from a generic "playbook". The trainer will teach you, motivate you, and get you to consistently work hard to attain these goals.

Personal Training Packages
Gravity Fitness Clubs offers a variety of Personal Training Packages to meet your needs.  Training sessions are available in 1 hour and 1/2 hour sessions. You can meet with a trainer 1, 2, or 3 times per week. We also have a special program where you can train with one or two friends.
