Group aerobic classes
Focuses on cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength! Guaranteed to make you work!
Combinations of punches & kicks to ensure a total body workout. The upbeat music will push you through when YOU check out!
Cardio / Strength Express: Come warmed up and prepared for 30 minutes of non-stop cardio / strength. Sure to be heart pumping / fat burning !
Metabolic Mix Training:
Methods and tools to make your workout effective, efficient and most importantly stoke your metabolism.
A total body muscle conditioning class designed to gain strength and endurance.
Tabata Training Mix:
Times intervals of intense cardio or strength training, followed by a short rest period. The "MIX" is the choice of the instructor!
A cardiovascular workout performed on stationary spin bikes. Guaranteed to make you sweat and redefine your body!
Round One Boxing:
Heavy bag workout ! Gloves and wraps needed, You will be taught how to properly execute punches and kicks. Rounds are on the bag as well as intervals of drills and floor work. $10 fee for members-$20 for non-members.
Beginner's Candlelight Yoga:
Dedicated to the beginner and led by candlelight and the sound of the instructor's voice.
A higher energy, more vigorous yoga practice. This class is Ashtanga based and links breath to movement; A series of poses are repeated over and over with different variations inserted in between. Room will be warm. Bring a towel and water.
All classes are 55 minutes long, unless otherwise noted. Schedule, class format, and instructors may change on short notice.
Inclement weather policy: Classes will be cancelled when Dracut schools are cancelled.
